Q: How do I register for the Krungsri Smart Click?
A: Go to our Registration Page and fill in the required information to ensure that only you are able to do credit card account enquiry online. This is an easy process.
 
Q: Why all these questions have been asked during the registration?
A: We have set up a process to check the submitted information to ensure that the individual is in fact the owner of the card account registering his/her card and signing up for Krungsri Smart Click services.
 
Q: How to set up a User ID?
A: User ID must be alpha-numeric with minimum 6 characters and maximum 30 characters. All alphabets must be English character. User ID would be REJECTED if your User ID has been chosen by another user or Your User ID has violated the rules of setting up User ID:
• Your User ID is less than 6 characters or more than 30 characters 
• Your User ID does not contain any alphabets
• Your User ID does not contain any numeric 
• Your User ID is in Thai or other languages which is not English. 
• Your User ID contains any character which is NOT an alphabet, NOT a numeric such as . @ _ , %, # etc. 
 
Q: How to set up a Password?
A: To set up password, the cardholder must follow the following logics.
• Your password must be a minimum 8 –15 characters. The password must start and end with a letter.
• Your password must contain at least 2 numeric numbers and 2 letters. For example, P@55wOrD.
• Your password must contain only English character. 
• Your password can include spaces and full-stop or special characters such as @,-,_ but no other special characters such as $ # %, etc.
• Your password must be case-sensitive. 
   They must be repeated in the correct place within the password whenever you sign-in.
 
Q: What if I hold many credit card brands under Krungsriayudhya Card Co.,Ltd., do I have to set a User ID and Password according to each card brand?
A: No. If the cardholder hold both Krungsri Visa/MasterCard and/or HomePro Visa, you can simply register with one card and set up a User ID and Password one time . For next log-in, the cardholder can access online services for all cards by using single User ID and Password.
 
Q: What if I forgot my Password?
A: Go to Forgotten Password and enter the required information as displayed on the screen. Upon completion of the information, you will be receiving Temporary Password via your e-mail as given on registration within one day.
 
Q: What if I forgot my User ID?
A: Go to Forgotten User ID and enter the required information as displayed on the screen. Upon completion of the information, you will be receiving Temporary User ID via your e-mail as given on registration within one day.
 
Q: Can all card brands under the management of Krungsriayudhya Card Co.,Ltd., use Krungsri Smart Click’s online services?
A: Yes, except Krungsri Corporate Credit Card cardholders.
 
Q: Why are you asking to change the Password at your first access to Krungsri Smart Click or when your Password has been locked?
A: For data security system in your next access to Krungsri Smart Click, you will be requested to change the Password to ensure that only you know it and to make it easy for you to remember.
 
Q: Why is my User ID locked?
A: For data security protection and control, your User ID will be locked when you try to login with incorrect Password more than 3 times.
 
Q: What should I do when my User ID has been locked?
A: For Krungsri Visa/MasterCard or HomePro Visa Credit Cardholders, you will be requested to contact our Customer Service at 0-2646-3000 during operating hour 8.00-22.00 Monday through Sunday for the unlock.

- Your Password contains less than 8 or more than 15 characters 
- Your Password does not contain any alphabet 
- Your Password does not contain any numeric 
- Your Password contain special characters other than what system can accept such as % $ #, etc. 
- Your Password is in Thai or other languages which is not English.
